- Marketing Plan - How will I capture and keep my clients?
Identifies products and target markets for growth and cost effective strategies for reaching those target markets, achieving marketing goals over a specified time frame, including an action plan.
- Operations Plan - How will I build the capacity to make it happen?
Identifies and improves all facets of your business operations and ensures resources are put in place to allow the business to achieve its goals and objectives over a specified time frame.
